Proof of Purchase: Electronic receipt or invoice.
Customer / Buyer: A natural or legal person placing an order.
Consumer: A person purchasing for personal use.
Registration: Creating a user account.
Order: Legal action to purchase goods.
Delivery: By courier/post.
Cart: Function for saving and purchasing products.
Product: A single item offered in the store.
§2. General Terms
These terms are available in Polish, Ukrainian and English.
Prices are in PLN and include VAT, but exclude delivery.
Orders can be placed 24/7.
Contract is concluded upon order confirmation by the Seller.
Products are new and free of defects unless otherwise stated.
The customer may register to access order history.
The Seller may update the Terms. Changes do not affect prior orders.
Current Terms are always available on the Website.
§3. Order Placement
To place an order:
Select a product;
Add it to the cart;
Provide required details and delivery method;
Confirm the order and make payment.
The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order.
VAT invoices can be requested (via email or paper form).
Order confirmation will be sent via email.
§4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons.
Returns accepted if the product is unused and undamaged.
Return shipping is at the Customer’s expense.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after return is received.

🔁 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, according to the “Right of Withdrawal” section.
§5. Complaints and Warranty
If a product is defective, the Customer may:
Request replacement;
Request repair;
Request a refund or price reduction.
Complaints must be submitted via email or in writing.
Seller will respond within 14 days.

§7. Final Provisions
None of these terms shall infringe on consumer rights.
Polish law governs any disputes.
