Reborn Dry Cleaning Sp. z o.o. ensures the confidentiality and protection of personal data of users visiting the website www.rbrn.com.pl (“Website”). This Privacy Policy is informational and outlines the principles on which the Administrator processes personal data via the Website and provides electronic services.

The Administrator of the Website and of personal data processed through it is Reborn Dry Cleaning Sp. z o.o., headquartered at ul. Okrąg 4, 00-423 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS: 0001148097, NIP: 7011239760, REGON: 540595647, hereinafter also referred to as the “Administrator”.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The Administrator applies all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.

  1. BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is collected and processed solely on lawful grounds. The scope of data depends on the type of service provided. The data typically includes: name, surname, and email address.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email from the same address to which marketing content was sent. Withdrawal does not affect previous lawful processing.

The newsletter service is free and indefinite. To use it, you must enter your email, accept the Privacy Policy, and confirm subscription by clicking a link in the email. Unsubscribing is possible at any time by emailing: [email protected].

Complaints can also be sent to that address. The Administrator will respond within 14 days.

Using the Website carries typical Internet risks (e.g., viruses). You should use antivirus software and security measures.
