1. We inspect the pair. We determine the type of material, assess its condition, and analyze defects and dirt. After that, we decide which dye and technique are best suited for the job.
2. We offer shoe cleaning services to remove dirt. This is not just our preference – it is an essential step, otherwise the pigment may go on unevenly. And we definitely do not want that. Neither do you.
3. We apply a primer to the surface. It helps the dye bond better with the material, promotes even color application, and improves the durability of the coating.
4. We dye the shoes. The dye is applied in thin, even layers using sprayers, brushes, or sponges. During the process, we control every area to achieve a uniform color without streaks or stains.
5. We let the dye dry thoroughly. This takes place in a special chamber with controlled temperature and ventilation.
6. We apply a special fixative. It locks in the color and increases the coating’s resistance to abrasion, moisture, and UV exposure.
